A Married Woman

I am you know.

In fact, a bunch of you saw it. And I hope I stood up straighter than in most of Yi's pics. Though I'm betting not. I was pretty tired by hour two of pictures.

So I'm desperately missing him this week. Just a couple more days and I can go be with him.

OH! We're doing a cake and punch thing at Veteran's Memorial Park in Holt on Sunday from 2-4pm. It's a student request, so I'm not thinking it'll be well attended and we should have some time to sit around and chit chat. The original announcemtn looks like this:

Of course, right in the middle of the vows, they took a dive off the cake and shattered. I refuse to see that as a sign.

The unity candle didn't get unwrapped either, so we had to slide the plasitc to the side then burn through the super long, beaded wick (I pulled at it before it turned into a fire bomb and tossed it into the leftover communion wine).

So I have returned from the weekend changed. I have changed my name and my perspective. Cincinnnati is now home and his house has become our house in Ohio. My house is our house in Michigan.

I’ve never had an idea of my dream wedding, but I got it. Thank you so much for being there—I cannot think of another time in life when so many of the people I love will be in the same place. I only regret I couldn’t experience it with three clones to feed more memories into my mind.

I need to grade exams, but hey, I managed to post!
